Engineers (YOU!) are capable of great things. Some people view engineers as solely left-brained creatures, but I believe otherwise. Yes, engineers love logic, details, and facts, but they are also creative, musical, artistic, intuitive, and sensitive. My fellow engineers have repeatedly amazed me with what they are capable of and enjoy doing – making beer, running a farm, teaching music to underprivileged kids, painting masterpieces, performing improv, the list is endless!

Sometimes your great potential can be hindered by overwhelm, disorganization, less-than-fantastic social skills, fear, or uncertainty.
